TenderPR™ is an enterprise procurement intelligence platform that monitors public tenders across nationwide sources, surfaces AI-assisted synopses, BOQ insights, and competitor signals — all in under 60 seconds. Built for contractors, EPC firms, and procurement teams that value clarity, speed, and compliance. Official source portals remain the authoritative record.
Other platforms hand you a list of 800 tenders and call it a product. TenderPR™ tells you which 12 to bid on, and why. We convert unstructured NIT documents into decision-ready intelligence — so your team spends time bidding, not searching.
Procurement opportunities are monitored continuously across nationwide public sources. New tenders are tagged, eligibility-checked, and delivered to your inbox well before the bid window closes.
Line-item BOQ extraction with L1 benchmarks backed by historical procurement trend analysis. See the rates that have won, the ones that lost, and where your margin lives.
Know who is bidding, what they have won over the last 24 months, their L1 frequency, and their typical margin band — before you finalise your quote.
Over 40 structured fields per NIT — eligibility, EMD, LD clauses, JV conditions, schedule of rates — extracted and summarised in a 60-second read. No more 200-page tender drudgery.
TenderPR™ was founded on a single conviction: the teams building India's roads, power plants, solar farms, and railways deserve better tools than spreadsheets and manual document trawling.
To eliminate manual tender monitoring from the procurement lifecycle of every Indian contractor, EPC firm, and infrastructure enterprise — replacing hours of document review with structured, AI-powered intelligence delivered in under 60 seconds.
To become the reference intelligence platform for India's procurement ecosystem — the single trusted workspace that every organisation participating in public-sector tendering relies on for discovery, analysis, bid preparation, and execution.
TenderPR™ covers the complete procurement lifecycle — from discovery and analysis to compliance management and post-award workflows.
AI Assistive Synopses, eligibility readouts, BOQ benchmarks, competitor signals, and recommendations are AI-generated and indicative in nature. They are not legal, financial, or bidding advice. Users must independently verify every detail against the original tender document on the official source portal before acting.
No setup calls. No six-week onboarding. Configure your profile, see matched tenders, and start bidding smarter — on day one.
Select your sectors, geographies, value bands, and eligibility profile. We map them across nationwide procurement sources and 160 sub-sectors.
Real-time alerts via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Each tender arrives with a 60-second AI synopsis — eligibility, EMD, key dates, BOQ.
Use BOQ benchmarks, competitor history, and win-probability scoring to price your bid. Optional Expert Engineer support at submission.
AI-powered intelligence across India's infrastructure and development ecosystem.
TenderPR™ supports enterprises across the length and breadth of India — covering every state, union territory, and major district.
A live, sector-coded view of public procurement signals across India — tracked, classified, and surfaced by the TenderPR™ AI engine. Hover or tap any state to inspect activity.
Political map representation is for reference purposes only and does not imply official claim or authority.
TenderPR™ is designed with reference to the regulatory frameworks that govern public procurement and data protection in India. The platform supports enterprise-grade governance, audit-readiness, and responsible data practices.
Credential vault and eligibility checks are designed with reference to the General Financial Rules, 2017.
Workflows are built around procurement vigilance best practices, with audit-conscious logging and traceability across user actions.
Privacy practices are designed considering the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — with consent-first collection, purpose limitation, and reasonable security.
"TenderPR™'s AI synopses save us 3 to 4 hours per tender. We now evaluate ten times more opportunities, and the corrigendum alert paid for the subscription in its first month — we caught a scope change competitors missed."
"The BOQ Intelligence engine cut our estimate preparation from two days to four hours. The L1 benchmarks are remarkably accurate — our bids landed within the L1 band in eight out of ten attempts last quarter. That is the ROI."
"Company Matcher surfaces tenders we would have missed. It found a BESS project in Rajasthan aligned to our exact credentials — we won. ₹340 Cr contract. The ROI speaks for itself."
